Doha’s premier Italian restaurant was established by chef Enrico Crippa, a passionate farmer and truffle expert.

The menu features classic Northern Italian dishes, such as vitello tonnato, tartare, risotto, and more, all prepared using the finest Italian ingredients. These include produce flown directly to Qatar from Crippa’s organic garden on the Ceretto estate in Alba, Piedmont.
