Authentic Peruvian cuisine as interpreted by chef Hasan Kayabasi, who has been managing the restaurant’s kitchen since its opening in 2021.

This is possibly Doha’s best Latin American restaurant––and certainly its most memorable––featuring original plating and full of vibrant colors and flavors that are intensified to the max. This is one occasion where you shouldn’t limit yourself to menu’s bestsellers––or limit yourself at all.

To get acquainted with the kitchen, start with a set of signature ceviche, continue with skewers, and don’t miss the octopus with bottarga and mashed potatoes from the Fish and Seafood section, as well as the miso-marinated beef ribs from the Poultry and Meat section. Oh, and save some room for a couple of desserts. If you’re looking for an even more immersive experience, visit Coya with a group of friends for a big Friday brunch.
